![]() Portland ATC Visits Willamette Aviation for Second Saturday! At this month's Second Saturday Seminar, we are pleased to welcome PDX Tower controller Richard Kennington, who will offer an overview of Portland Tower and TRACON operations. Richard is an experienced air traffic controller, starting out in Salt Lake in 1999, and then transferring to Portland. He also has a background in general aviation, both as a certified pilot, and in regional airport management. Expect a thorough overview of Class C airspace, as well as a look at how to take advantage of controlled airspace and improve your pilot proficiency. Bring plenty of questions!
